Ohlins part numbers

Post by alba65 » Sun Aug 24, 2014 4:39 pm

Been looking at some Ohlins on ebay and the seller has no idea what they came from (bought for project that never happened without box), didnt even know there was a stamp on them from the factory.....

Anyway, after much fart arsing about, she informs me they have a number that starts with NC XXXX which i cant find anywhere in any of the ohlins catalogues.

Anyone with any idea? These are modern top of the range units........ i'm thinking 961's as they look very similar

Sprung for medium sized bike but no mention of Norton, Zephyr 750 and a few 500's

Any help appreciated

Cheers Steve,

Didnt find anything either, was so deperate to know i sent a guy selling a 961 on ebay a mail to ask if he could check his....... fair due's he did reply and said he would let me know.... but was out.

Anyway, they sold for £536 so someone got a bargain if they were for the Norton..... they retail at £1300

Next project...........
